1. Who is responsible

levelzero, located at Lomas de Angelópolis, San Andrés Cholula, Puebla, México, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Law”).

For any privacy matter you can write to us at info@levelzero.mx.

2. Personal data we process

This site has no forms, user accounts or chat. We process personal data in two ways:

We do not collect sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your messages.

3. What we use your data for

Necessary purposes:

Additional purpose (optional): sending you information about our services and cybersecurity news. If you do not want us to use your data for this purpose, write to info@levelzero.mx and we will stop, without affecting the necessary purposes.

By emailing us, we understand that you know this notice and consent to the processing of your data for the necessary purposes. If we want to use your data for a different purpose, we will ask for your consent again.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. To operate, we use providers that process it on our behalf: the site’s hosting service (Wix.com Ltd. and its affiliates) and our email service. In addition, the site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address.

Beyond this, we will only share your data when a competent authority requires it under the law.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, request its cancellation and object to its processing (ARCO rights), as well as to revoke your consent and to limit the use or disclosure of your data.

To exercise them, write to info@levelzero.mx and include: (a) your name and a way to reply to you; (b) a clear description of the right you want to exercise and the data it concerns; and (c) a document proving your identity, or your representative’s. We will respond within the time limits set by the Law.

6. Authority

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you can go to Mexico’s Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance), the authority for the protection of personal data held by private parties.

7. Cookies
